You can never have too many salsas or jams in your pantry and now is the time to preserve them. These are Lisa's family recipes, and she can't wait to share them with you. Olive tapenade is one of her very favorite Italian pleasures and can be used many ways.
This is a water bath and pressure canning class.
Basil Pepper Jelly - on crackers w/ Brie
Black Bean Salsa - and chips
Apple Pie Jam - yogurt parfait
Pumpkin Roasting Sauce - on brats w/ root vegetables
Olive Tapenade - w/ bruschetta
