This introductory class teaches you to make sushi while simplifying the art. The class includes a segment on buying ingredients, making sushi rice, and common Japanese terms. During this hands-on class you will make four types of sushi: nigiri, inside-out rolls, maki rolls, gunkan sushi and, as a special treat, dessert sushi (no fi sh in the dessert).
