In this class, Denise shows you how to transform 3 types of fish and other common ingredients into 5 appetizers, 5 sauces, and 3 rolls and tops it off with the most umami miso soup you can imagine! All facets of the prep and final presentation will be discussed. Tips on hosting a party and ways to maximize your effort and ingredients will be shared.
