Why buy Panettone that’s days or even weeks old when you can easily make your own? In this class, you’ll learn the tips, tricks, and secrets of making delicious Panettone that you can enjoy any time that you have a craving for this delicious fruit-packed bread. You’ll make and take home your own loaf of Panettone. Chef Lupia will also show you both a great Panettone French toast bake and Panettone Strata you can make with the leftovers! Note: You will be making one complete panettone in class. When you are finished, it will be prepared for you to take home and bake. There will be NO food served at this class. Please eat before you come to class.
