This introductory class teaches you tomake sushi while simplifying the art. The class includes a segment on buying ingredients, making sushi rice, and common Japanese terms. During this hands-on class, you will make four types of sushi: nigiri, inside out  rolls, maki rolls, Gunkan Sushi and, as a special treat, Dessert Sushi Temaki (no fish in the dessert!). Bring your sense of adventure and your appetite!
