The Kitchen Shoppe customer service department will cheerfully help you with your defective or damaged merchandise. NO returns are accepted without prior authorization. Please call our customer service department, toll free 1-800-391-2665, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. All returns must be made within seven (7) working days from the time the merchandise is received. Please have your copy of the sales receipt with you. We will need certain information located on your receipt to help you with your request. Sorry, no returns on cookbooks.
If you have changed your mind and would like to return an item(s) you may choose to have another item sent to you or store credit issued for the purchase price of that item. You must pay the return postage. Don't forget to call for prior authorization first. We will give you store credit, less the freight charges, when the item has reached us and has been inspected. Please take care to pack it carefully to avoid possible damage. The item must be in its original packaging with all parts, accessories, instructions and warranties intact. Failure to do so may void a refund or credit to your account. Please remember to include a copy of your original invoice and fill out the return form.
If we have shipped something in error (our packing room personell are all humans!) please follow the above instructions. We will credit your account for the purchase price, plus the shipping charge or we will ship the correct item at no additional cost to you. To err is human, to forgive divine!
