This introductory class teaches you to
make sushi while simplifying the process
for everyday cooks and chefs. The class
includes segments on buying ingredients,
making sushi rice, and common Japanese
terms. You will make several types of traditional
sushi, like California roll and tuna with
green onion roll.
Several sauces will be demonstrated. Bring
your sense of adventure and your appetite.
