where flavor meets art! Join Lisa for a fun and
flavorful focaccia workshop where you will
create a savory, edible masterpiece and mix
up a sweet dough to bake at home.
In this class, you’ll work with pre-risen
focaccia dough to shape and decorate your
own full-size loaf using a colorful spread
of herbs, vegetables, olives, and spices.
Whether you go minimalist with rosemary and
sea salt or design a full-on focaccia garden,
you’ll leave with something beautiful AND delicious.
Then, switch gears and get hands-on
mixing a soft, enriched cinnamon-spiced
focaccia dough to take home, rise and bake
when you’re ready for something sweet. No
experience necessary – just bring your imagination
and your appetite!
