During this session we will prepare several dishes using cuts that are not commonly found in the supermarket. Buying from your local farmer enables you to gain access to the TOTAL ANIMAL and thereby some of the more economical and lesser-known cuts.
Buying local is good for the environment and keeps money in the local economy.
Grass fed beef and other naturally grown farm products are more nutritious. The health aspects are scientifically proven by the increased amounts of retained vitamins and minerals and a significant increase of Omega 3 vs. Omega 6 when compared to grain fed beef.
