FOLDING HNDL RECT CHARGRILLER

The Cast Iron Chargriller from Typhoon features a folding handle and an 8"x14" rectangular design. Great for fat free healthy cooking. Superb heat retention for efficient energy use. Suitable for gas, electric (radian ring), ceramic, electric (solid hob) and for use in the oven. Always allow the pan to cool down a little before cleaning. Use a nylon scrubber to wash in warm water nad detergent; soak if necessary to remove stubborn food particles. Dry thoroughly by hand and apply a light coating of cooking oil.
