[Blake discovered the food marketing
business after graduate school training in
nutrition at the Culinary Institute of America.
He worked with a major food marketing agency
in New York City developing recipes, training
seminars, and food photography for eight
years. In 1985, he started his own company,
and in 1995 partnered with Kathleen Sanderson
in Foodservice Solutions. The company
designs training programs, and develops
recipes and menu analysis for: Perdue, Idaho
Potatoes, Knouse Foodservice, Campbell’s
Soup, to name a few.]
