[Denise’s interest in food began at an early
age when she helped prepare food for the
family business. As she grew older, her
tastes evolved and she realized she preferred
healthier foods with a variety of flavors and
textures. Asian food intrigued her, especially
sushi. She took her first sushi roll class here
at the Kitchen Shoppe with Steve Reeves,
and has since perfected her skills by serving
sushi to family and friends.]
