All your questions will be answered about the mysterious Big Green Egg with this Hands-On class.  You will get your very own Big Green Egg to cook on and we will take you through everything you NEED to know about cooking on the Egg! Starting, adjusting temperature, direct and indirect cooking , baking, and smoking.  Class size is very limited, couples are asked to share an Egg.  Although this class is designed for those interested in purchasing a Big Green Egg, all are welcome. Class Fee credited towards the purchase of specially priced Test Drive Eggs day of event only.
