Experience flavors of the Mediterranean Diet with recipes that pair nutritious lean beef with whole grains, vegetables, fruits, herbs, and oils. PA Beef Council’s own Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Beth Stark RDN, LDN will co-host the event with Chef Grayson Bowman. Participants will learn more about the role of lean beef in the healthful Mediterranean eating pattern, as well as expert culinary tips, tricks, and techniques. For those wishing to BYOB, consider selecting a light white wine and medium bodied red wine or a wheat beer or brown ale to align best with the flavors on the menu.
