In this class, Grayson will teach you to put a great dinner on the table – fast – by making meals in half an hour each. With no special equipment or advanced skills needed, each recipe is designed to come together quickly and become a go-to in your dinner repertoire. You’ll harness the power of spices and aromatics; approach pesto like a Sicilian; and sliver ginger to use as a vegetable, not a garnish.
