Each one is hand-forged by a Charleston-based blacksmith, making it one-of-a-kind. And since it's built from carbon steel, it'll since on any surface—induction stovetops and grills included—just like cast iron but at a lighter weight. With that extra-roomy 12-inch size and sleek, pre-seasoned finish, this one’s ready for just about anything that comes its way.
