This Bread & Bagel Slicer is functional AND beautiful. Made of alder wood for the left-handers. Cuts thick crusty bread and warm bread easily. Will slicer wafer-thin pieces of bread all the way to the end of the loaf. Care: Wipe blade with a damp cloth and dry immediately. Use mineral oil to maintain the wood's natural luster.
