Mexican Flavors: Contemporary Recipes from Camp San Miguel by Hugh Carpenter and Teri Sandison captures the essence of contemporary Mexican cooking.  It's wonderful recipes and beautiful photographs will invite you to sit a while and pore over the pages. Hugh is a popular Napa Valley chef, cooking teacher, and riter and was recognized as Cooking Teacher of the Year by the International Association of Culinary Professionals in 2010.  Teri, Hugh's wife, studied painting and drawing at UCLA and attended the Art Center COllege of Design in Pasadena, CA, where whe specialized in food and wine photography.   Working together, Hugh and Teri have produced a book that will remain on your "favorites shelf" for years to come.
